E-learning should be adaptive and in accord with the requirement of the learner. A course should be designed on the basis of student's background, interests and aptitude. Much has been written on the contents' management of e-learning based on theoretical knowledge. Likewise, much has been written on the contents' delivery issues in e-learning but less effort has been made regarding e-learning, based on experimental knowledge.
