In this paper, we have discussed a special setting of the binocular vision system targeting to reconstruct the geometric structure of an object, such as mail package of the intelligent logistic field. This special binocular vision system has only two basic components, one camera and two flat mirrors. In order to improve this 'virtual binocular vision' system accuracy as much as possible, the angle between the two virtual cameras in the mirrors is arranged orthogonally at the loss of some common surface in each image. However, this setting is not mattered eventually when it comes to the problem of reconstructing the sides and corners of an object, because the destination of this task is to estimate the shape and volume of the object. Abstract

As the increasing development of modern information logistics industry, the intelligent logistic technology will essentially equipped in this field and the advanced computer vision technology will definitely play a key role in the way to achieve it.
