Ventajas y Desventajas de la relación enseñanza-aprendizaje en la educación virtual

Abstract

Ante la aparición de un virus denominado Covid-19, de alto riesgo de contagio y con potencial de muerte para el individuo que lo contrae, es ahí donde la disminución del contacto humano se hace imprescindible, por lo que se debe cambiar la estrategia, pero a la vez mantener la relación enseñanza-aprendizaje con miras a que no decaiga la educación y la generación de conocimientos en la educación superior. En vista del rápido avance del virus a nivel mundial y por la declaratoria de aislamiento en muchos países de manera generalizada, aparece como alternativa viable y de rápida implementación para las instituciones de educación superior la educación virtual. Dicha educación virtual que si bien es cierto ha venido desarrollándose en los últimos tiempos, va a tener que ser sometida a mucho análisis con mayor urgencia en vista de la presente situación. El presente artículo recoge un análisis de contenido exploratorio acerca de las ventajas y desventajas que se presentan entorno a la relación enseñanza-aprendizaje en la educación virtual desarrollado en los conocidos entornos virtuales de aprendizaje, procurando resaltar factores positivos y negativos de su aplicación. Así mismo, mostrar algunas de las nuevas formas de hacer academia que se van presentando y se presentarán de acuerdo a las necesidades de la educación virtual. Finalmente, recomendaciones referentes a las nuevas tendencias cambiantes del entorno virtual de aprendizaje hacia la nueva era de la educación virtual, procurando vislumbrar las nuevas formas de hacer academia. Given the appearance of a virus called Covid-19, with a high risk of contagion and with the potential for death for the individual who contracts it, this is where the decrease in human contact becomes essential, so the strategy must be changed, but at the same time maintaining the teaching-learning relationship with a view to ensuring that education and the generation of knowledge in higher education do not decline. In view of the rapid advance of the virus worldwide and the declaration of isolation in many countries in a general way, virtual education appears as a viable and fast implementation alternative for higher education institutions. This virtual education, which although it has been developing in recent times, is going to have to undergo much analysis with greater urgency in view of the current situation. This article collects an exploratory content analysis about the advantages and disadvantages that are presented around the teaching-learning relationship in virtual education developed in the well-known virtual learning environments, trying to highlight positive and negative factors of its application. Likewise, show some of the new ways of doing academia that are being presented and will be presented according to the needs of virtual education. Finally, recommendations regarding the new changing trends in the virtual learning environment towards the new era of virtual education, seeking to glimpse new ways of doing academia.
