TRADISI PASSILI SEBELUM PERNIKAHAN DI KECAMATAN BINAMU KABUPATEN JENEPONTO (Studi Perbandingan Hukum Islam Dan Hukum Adat)

Abstract

AbstrakPokok masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana proses pelaksanaan tradisi passili di Kecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research) yaitu penelitian dengan melakukan pengamatan dan terlibat langsung dengan objek yang akan diteliti di lokasi penelitian. Yang menjadi infirman dalam penelitian ini yaitu: Anrong Bunting, Kepala Lingkungan dan beberapa tokoh masyarakat setempat. Dengan menggunakan beberapa pendekatan yaitu pendekatan Antropologi, sosiologis dan yuridis. Dengan beberapa metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah diperoleh kemudian di olah melalui metode deduktif, metode induktif dan metode komparatif. Dalam penelitian ini eksistensi tradisi Passili yang tidak lepas dari sejarah kemunculannya. Tradisi Passili adalah tradisi yang telah membudaya di masyarakat pabiringa yang asal-muasalnya tidak di ketahui pasti. Yang hanya di lestarikan secara turun temurun dari nenek moyang terdahulu. Prosesi pelakaksanaan tradisi passili memiliki beberapa tahap yang pertama ,mempersiapkan bahan-bahan dan alat passili. Kedua penentuan hari dan waktu pelaksanaan pasili. Ketiga prosesi passili yang di lakukan sesuai dengan kebiasaan.Kata kunci: Tradisi; Passili; Hukum Islam. AbstractThe main problem of this research is how is the process of implementing the passili tradition in Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency. This research is a field research (Field Research), namely research by observing and being directly involved with the object to be studied at the research location. Infirman in this research are: Anrong Bunting, Head of the Environment and several local community leaders. By using several approaches, namely anthropological, sociological and juridical approaches. With several data collection methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data that has been obtained are then processed through deductive methods, inductive methods and comparative methods. In this research, the existence of the Passili tradition is inseparable from the history of its emergence. The Passili tradition is a tradition that has been entrenched in the pabiringa community whose origins are not known for sure. Which is only preserved from generation to generation from their previous ancestors. The procession of implementing the passili tradition has the first several stages, preparing the materials and tools of the passili. Second, the determination of the day and time of the pasili.
