Abstract

This paper proposes a coded terahertz imaging method that combines with a traditional compression sensing theory. The coded imaging of the target object can be calibrated with the measured collimated spot to improve the image quality significantly. Subsequently, corresponding intensity-only measurements are collected with a CMOS detector for different masks, and a reconstruction algorithm is applied to recover 16 × 16 pixel images.
