Abstract

轧辊光纤激光表面变形技术研究
利用光纤激光柔性工作站,研究了激光聚焦头姿态和侧吹角对轧辊表面形貌和织构表面粗糙度的影响,分析了影响规律,并总结出最佳织构工艺。结果表明:纹理斑分布相对独立,凸平台金属分布集中,且斑间不存在搭接现象,12、3位置特定侧吹角处的表面形貌满足要求;在12和9位置的任意侧吹角下,表面粗糙度均能满足要求。综合考虑表面形貌和纹理粗糙度的要求,12号位置的纹理效果优于3号位置。所得结果已应用于实际生产。
