Abstract
: Family planning policy was introduced in 1979, it has been 37 years since 2016 which fully open two kids,while after 2016, many families are no longer one-child family, but it is still the main force of our country for the next 20 years , and in this way, "The persistance of the one-child education" only child's education is particularly important.
