The method of this activity is counseling and socialization which is packaged in the form of a workshop for 1 day regarding the delivery of material on human nature, human nature and the need for education, understanding education. \nThe implementation of Community Service activities in the form of workshops is supported by several factors that contribute a lot to the success of Community Service activities. The implementation is carried out by workshops, using the lecture method, namely presentation techniques, followed by question and answer discussions as a form of workshop activities. Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service activity is to socialize, provide knowledge and understanding about the importance of education for humans and provide motivation to PKK women as community leaders and cadres to implement and convey to local residents in Pandean Village, Karanganyar District, Ngawi Regency.
