Since the need for invention is so urgent, how a company invents new products becomes a significant factor in long-term development.This paper applies TRIZ to improving heat-proof paint used on colored roof plates and also builds up boxes to test heat insulation of the paint. These tests efficiently demonstrate improvement of solar reflectance and heat resistance of the paint and proved total heat insulation of paint on roof plates are ungraded, which decreases indoor temperature and avoids the overload of air conditioning. Abstract

Invention not only comes from inspiration but also from methodology. Facing the competition of global economics, to earn a place in industries, invention and improvement are needed. The invention of service or products also called as creation means to improve or design a new look, structure or color of products. Since the need for invention is so urgent, how a company invents new products becomes a significant factor in long-term development.This paper applies TRIZ to improving heat-proof paint used on colored roof plates and also builds up boxes to test heat insulation of the paint.
