Abstract

There is increasing attention, both in Australia and overseas, on the role of superannuation and pension funds in long-term investment financing for growth and development. This is a major theme of work by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and is also part of the agenda for the current G20 group hosted by the Russian presidency.
