Abstract

The relationship among proactive personality, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and career exploration was investigated among 447 college students by questionnaire survey. The results show that :(1) proactive personality is positively correlated with entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and the higher the level of proactive personality, the higher the level of entrepreneurial self-efficacy; (2) Career exploration plays a mediating role in the relationship between proactive personality and entrepreneurial self-efficacy, that is, individuals with higher level of proactive personality can improve their entrepreneurial self-efficacy through more career exploration.
