Abstract

: Xiaomi Corporation has successfully developed and expanded the Xiaomi mobile phone business by virtue of its excellent marketing strategy, and by replicating the marketing model, Xiaomi's smart hardware has also received a good market response. It has made relatively successful decisions in Internet marketing, spokesperson selection, and product strategy, and has pioneered the establishment of a complete dual-channel online and offline mobile phone sales.
