The population of this research was the young leaders studying and using virtual teams at a large private university located in Pathum Thani province. The samples of 384 valid participants were collected with the use of survey method. Most of the participants were females around 20 years of age. Most of them were the second year in the university. Their grade point average was 3 to 3.99. Most of them were from School of Business Administration. The multiple regression analysis and descriptive statistics were implemented.
