Abstract

This technical report aims to present a research instrument to measure the productivity of executive assistant professionals, based on the study of performance indicators, based on the theory of the Balanced Scorecard. The explanation about the performance indicators aims to identify, in a clear and objective way, how the implementation of specific performance indicators for the executive assistant professionals can contribute to the measurement of their productivity, as well as to increase their performance. In this sense, it is possible to analyze how these professionals can contribute, through their core competences, to reach the strategic objectives of the organizations.
