Abstract
This paper describes a "new formula" to provide the transmission of Ultra-High Frequencies (theoretically up to infinite) by using the High-T/sub c/ Superconductors. The "new formula" has experimentally been proved and justified. In addition, this paper deals with the enhancement of the Einstein's famous formula based on the "new formula". Please note that this paper has been splitted as two parts of a whole: "theoretical approach" and "experiments". This part (Part I) of the paper gives only the theoretical information to be considered as the background for the evolution of the "new formula" and the Enhanced Einstein's Famous Formula.
