Abstract: this review is based on the study of Raimundo Magliano Filho, to show the importance of civil society participation Brazilian institutions in the public institutions, so that they are in fact, capable of serving the community. Magliano's work is well illustrates and brings great relevance to the current situation of our country, given the moment of discredit by which our regime passes democratic. UM CAMINHO PARA O BRASIL Esta resenha é baseada no estudo de Raimundo Magliano Filho, visando mostrar a importância da participação da sociedade civil brasileira nas instituições de caráter público, para que estas estejam de fato, aptas a atender a coletividade. O trabalho de Magliano é bem ilustrativo e trás grande relevância para a atual conjuntura de nosso país, dado o momento de descrédito pelo qual passa nosso regime democrático.
