Abstract
The migratory flow to State of São Paulo is one of the most important in Brazil. For the analysis, the Oaxaca-Blinder wage decomposition method was used and the microdata base of the National Household Sample Survey (PNAD) for the year 2015. In the analysis of the data it was evident that there is discrimination between these two groups of workers (native and non-native) and that the discrimination presents different intensity depending on the branch of activity that these are inserted.
