The results show that several arrangements regarding the protection of wild animals in Indonesia and South Korea have similarities which have been regulated in-laws and the Criminal Code (KUHP). However, in South Korea, the protection of wild animals (animals) is only regulated by a law known as the Animal Protection Act, but not regulated in the Criminal Code or what is known as the Criminal Code.
