Abstract

High expectations are tied to the millimeter wave (mmWave) technology and device to device (D2D) communications to leverage the capacity and the spectrum efficiency in 5th generation (5G) systems. In this context, we carry out a resource allocation scheme designed to enable D2D communications underlay cellular network in the E-band.
