Abstract
In future wireless networks, the packet scheduler needs to support heterogeneous classes of traffic with different BER and other QoS requirements. In this paper, we proposed a modified BER scheduling scheme for CDMA networks by combining the existing WISPER scheme with a two-state Markov chain channel model.
