Because of the lack of research in the field of IoT and in order to understand the development direction of the IoT in the future. This paper uses the CSSCI in CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) database as a data source, using the software such as VOSviewer, Citespace, Bicomb, Ucinet, and SPSS to get statistical visualization, co-occurrence analysis, cluster analysis, social network analysis, and multidimensional scale analysis. We find that research in the field of IoT is rich and well-defined. But there is a lack of effective communication and cooperation among researchers.
