The main work of this paper is to develop the field emergency communication back clip, transmit the multimedia data in the mobile phone to the back clip through the self-made program, then send it out through the Beidou short message system, and transmit it to Tianjin Central Station by GEO satellite in space segment. After receiving and processing the signal, the multimedia information is obtained and then transmitted to the receiver, i.e. the rescue party, to greatly improve the success rate of rescue. Abstract
