Abstract

The dependence of the deviation from roundness (Δcr) of cylindrical parts on the main technological parameters of the pendulum RPM has been experimentally determined. It has been established that the pendulum SPD helps to reduce the deviation from roundness, and, consequently, to increase the accuracy of the diametrical dimensions of parts by 3—4 grades, while the minimum value of 6.2...6.4 μm is achieved under conditions of low deformation rate. In addition, using the statistica 10.1 software package, the measurement results were processed to determine the optimal modes that provide the smallest value.
