The study adopted the descriptive approach as it is more suitable for this type of studies. The school community is made up of all Arab middle school principals and teachers (6865) within Israel and the sample consisted of (362) teachers, who were randomly selected. The results showed that the degree of practicing leadership skills among Arab middle school principals within Israel was high. Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing leadership skills among Arab middle school principals within Israel. The study adopted the descriptive approach as it is more suitable for this type of studies. The school community is made up of all Arab middle school principals and teachers (6865) within Israel and the sample consisted of (362) teachers, who were randomly selected.
