Abstract
The specific advantages of ultra-wideband radar make it a technique especially attractive for biomedical applications. We partly review our activities in utilizing this novell technique for the benefit of high and ultra-high field magnetic resonance imaging. Topics like motion tracking, MR safety, and navigation for cardiac MRI are addressed.
