Abstract

: The study was designed a Program using the educational scaffolding strategy to develop the skills of negotiation (managing the dialogue and setting the anger outburst) in kindergarten child. The sample consisted of (45) children of the Girls (2) Talla primary school in EL Minia Educational Administration from kindergarten Level (5-6) The Preparation of a training program for the development of the skills of (Managing the dialogue and setting the anger outburst) and Preparation of the kindergarten teacher’s checklist negotiation skills (managing the dialogue and setting the anger outburst) (Prepared by the researcher) The results of the study appear effectiveness of Program using the educational scaffolding strategy to develop the skills of negotiation (managing the dialogue and setting the anger outburst) in kindergarten child. The results of the study found significant differences between the children 's average scores on the measure of negotiation skills (managing the dialogue and setting the anger outburst) of kindergarten child before and after for the benefit of telemetric showed that there was significant difference between the average scores of children on the kindergarten teatcher's checklist (managing the dialogue and setting the anger outburst) of the preschool child in before and after for the benefit of telemetric.
