Abstract

Middle managers are the backbone of enterprise development. How to effectively manage and develop middle managers in large enterprises is an important subject. Competence quality can be a more comprehensive measure of whether managers have the corresponding quality, can provide comprehensive and detailed selection and management standards, help effective management and development of managers, more efficient play their role.
