It elaborates an optimized design for towed vehicle, towed cable and winch. This towed vehicle design takes the needs of hydraulic resistance, posture and sail stability into consideration, and uses CFD simulation to calculate the characteristics of its fluid resistance. It also draws a detailed design for winch reel, cable metering device, frame, transmission, rope-pressed device, revolution-meter and inlet/outlet channel. Abstract
