Abstract

We found that low intensity Ar laser irradiation to brain vessel induced the Evans Blue leakage. We could catch the extent of damage on Blood-Brain Barrier during the Ar laser irradiation by the reflectance measurement of EB leakage. The threshold of the irradiation intensity for the leakage was measured. The reversible control of the leakage was demonstrated. Futher study is necessary to explain this phenomenon.
