The research subjects chosen were students of the 2016 Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, totaling 300 people. Data collection techniques by distributing online questionnaires with google form media. Meanwhile, the data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique through the Smart-PLS software. The results in this study indicate 3 factors that increase knowledge sharing skills with a percentage of 43.65%, 43.38%, and 40.82%, respectively, are organizational factors, cultural factors, and technological factors.
