Meanwhile, the data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique through the Smart-PLS software. The results in this study indicate 3 factors that increase knowledge sharing skills with a percentage of 43.65%, 43.38%, and 40.82%, respectively, are organizational factors, cultural factors, and technological factors. Abstract

高校学生、教育教师和教师培训知识共享的影响因素研究
