FACTORS OF KNOWLEDGE SHARING BETWEEN STUDENTS FACULTY OF EDUCATION AND TEACHER TRAINING UIN AR-RANIRY BANDA ACEH

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors can improve knowledge sharing skills and see how the influence of knowledge sharing between students. The research subjects chosen were students of the 2016 Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, totaling 300 people. Data collection techniques by distributing online questionnaires with google form media. Meanwhile, the data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique through the Smart-PLS software. The results in this study indicate 3 factors that increase knowledge sharing skills with a percentage of 43.65%, 43.38%, and 40.82%, respectively, are organizational factors, cultural factors, and technological factors. The results of this study also show the analysis of the PLS determination coefficient of 44.1% which can be concluded that culture, reward, attitude, being happy to help, reciprocity and technology affect the knowledge-sharing ability of students of the Tarbiyah and Teaching Faculty students of UIN Ar-Raniry.
