Abstract

【 Abstract 】 Tumor immune microenvironment plays an important role in the occurrence, development and metastasis of tumors. In endometrial cancer, the surveillance and killing ability of the immune system are significantly reduced. The changes in the composition and function of various components in the immune microenvironment can promote the occurrence and evolution of the disease. Among them, the upregulation of FoxP3,TGF-β and IL-10 immune molecules is an important mechanism of immune escape of various tumor cells. Studying them in endometrial cancer will help to explore the pathogenesis of endometrial cancer and develop new anticancer therapies. Therefore, this article reviews the research progress on the expression of immune molecules FoxP3,TGF-β and IL-10 in the immune microenvironment of endometrial cancer in recent years.
