Abstract
Non-ketotic Hyperglycemic hemichorea (NHH) is a rare phenomenon occurring in patients with type II diabetes mellitus. The exact mechanisms for NHH is unclear. There are several proposed mechanisms involving GABA pathways. we report a case of 63 year old lady who presented with Choriform movement with characteristic NCCT changes of NHH, who was successfully treated with glycaemic control.
