Abstract

The ap36 gene from Alternaria spp. was sub-cloned into the downstream of slh (S-layer homology) motif of the pBMB982-304, the expressed vector with the fusion gene slh::fap was constructed and transformed into Bacillus thuringiensis plasmid-free derivative strain BMB171. Result showed that the SLH::Ap36 fusion protein was successful expressed.
