Abstract

The surface flashover voltage of insulator is mainly affected by surface properties of materials. Surface treatment technology has become an important technical means to improve flashover voltage. In this paper, the surface of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) was modified by nitrogen ion implantation.
