ANALYZE APPROACHES TO DEFINING CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE SECTORS TO CREATE THE APPROPRIATE LEGISLATIVE FRAMEWORK

Abstract

The analysis of foreign and national normative documents on the definition of sectors of critical infrastructure and especially important objects for the creation of an appropriate legislative framework in Ukraine has been carried out. According to the analysis proposed to carry out a comparison of the critical infrastructure sectors of foreign countries to the “objects” of Ukraine.
