NAUČITE PJESAN, TO JE IZBAVLjENjE: IZVEŠTAJ SA PRVE LINIJE FRONTA

Abstract

The article is a personal testimony of a Serbian language and literature teacher with twenty seven years of experience of work in the Highschool in Čačak. The questions of teaching methodology, reading and students’ vocabulary are in the focus of the analysis. Special attention is paid to the lack of reading attention in today’s students, due to the triumph of technology, more precisely of what is called the ’digital dementia’.
