Botho Strauss on the English stage

Abstract

The production discussed in this article was undertaken as part of our programme of practical theatre research activity. Since its founding the Hull Drama Department has had a commitment to research productions of texts translated by members of staff. This tradition has now been formalised with the establishment of the Centre for Performance Translation in the Department.
