Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study the speech act of complaint and its linguistic means in the Armenian Internet discourse. In the research, not only is comprehensive analysis of speech acts carried out but also classifications of those speech acts are set forth. The topicality of this research is determined by the large number of complaints available on the Internet, which play a crucial role in our everyday life.
