After piroxicam intake and sun exposure she developed subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus lesions with Ro antibodies. Despite drug withdrawal, typical cutaneous lesions and serological markers of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) progressively appeared. Abstract
