Abstract
Teacher can apply many different methods in his work promoting creative student learning. Essence of successful lesson - when the teacher and the students is a team. The teacher teaches the students to learn, that means to know what the student has to do in order to obtain the necessary knowledge and acquire the necessary skills. It is important not how much teacher gives, but how much student is able to take from the class. The student must learn to assess what he worked on and what lessons were learned. Feedback only makes sense when it is associated with clearly defined goals.
