There has been drastic cultural shift from shyness to look-at-me attitude. If you are not branding yourself, be assured that others would be doing that for you. The power of personal branding improves likelihood of career attainment. Individuals reach pinnacles of success when they find ways to continually grow and improve their brand. This paper discusses about the need of personal branding in the present scenario and focusses on the practical ways one can use to build his or her personal brand. It throws light on how personal branding leads to business success, financial security and business longevity.
