Abstract

One of the latest trends in the financial sector, the securitization of banking, which is considered an innovative financial tool that reduces risks, assessment of performance, and ensures the continuation of the cash flow. The role of securitization in the global financial crisis was the difficulty of estimating the actual volume of the activity of this financial instrument in the financial markets characterized by recent and sudden developments. Moreover, the banks' dealings were not sufficient and necessary to understand these financial instruments and support an appropriate strategy to manage their risks. It's worth emphasizing that the risks of financial markets relating to current financial instruments are getting increasingly dangerous as a result of financial market globalization, which makes it easier to transfer the hazards that one financial market faces to other financial markets. Hence, the dealers in those markets need to identify the elements of these risks and understand how they interact with each other so that they can avoid these risks and achieve the maximum benefit from securitization. This is what we will be exposed to in the framework of this research.
