Abstract

In this paper, curved screen edge diffraction formulation and its applications in computing the scattered field has been discussed. The present formulation is capable of providing the continuity in the total field for grazing incidence at the edges, while the existing diffraction coefficients do not. The computed scattered fields have been compared with the solutions based on integral equations based full-wave solver.
