The results showed that knowledge sharing had a significant effect on work productivity, innovative behavior had a significant effect on work productivity, knowledge sharing had a significant effect on employee performance, innovative behavior had no significant effect on employee performance, and work productivity had a significant effect on employee performance. \n  \nIndo Version \nPenelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  peran work productivity  pada pengaruh knowledge sharing dan perilaku inovatif terhadap employee performance Jenis  penelitian  ini  adalah  penelitian explanatory. Sampel penelitian adalah 114 pada karyawan site operasional PT. Lyondell Basell Indonesia Gempol Pasuruan. Sampel yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini bersifat  kuantitatif  dan  menggunakan  alat  analisis  model analaisi jalur (path analysis).
