By observing the absorption at 520 nm, the H2O2 could be detected, with the detection range of 0.2-5 mM and the detection limit of 0.05 mM. Using glucose oxidase, the glucose could also be detected, the detection range was 0.2-5 mM with the detection limit of 0.12 mM. Abstract
The level of glucose in blood or urine are an important indicator of diabetes.
