The development of HL1000 tube bundle components was successfully completed, the independent research and manufacturing of products was realized, and the blanks of this new reactor manufacturing technology in China was filled in. Abstract

Fangchenggang Phase II nuclear power project adopts the third generation advanced nuclear power technology of Hualong-1. The steam generator tube bundle assembly of the project adopts HL1000 type, which was manufactured for the first time in China. 华龙1型蒸汽发生器管束总成关键装配技术研究
防城港二期核电工程采用华龙一号第三代先进核电技术。本项目蒸汽发生器管束总成采用国内首次生产的HL1000型。管束组件由三部分组成:管束、管束直段支撑组件和U型管弯减振棒组件。管束装配结构新颖,涉及多种零部件,装配精度要求高,装配顺序严格。在管束组件制造过程中,成功掌握了9件格网组件(菱形孔)与管板孔的安装对中、管弯段防下垂控制、减振组件集成连接、减振组件防偏移等关键制造技术。成功完成HL1000管束组件的开发,实现了产品的自主研发和制造,填补了国内这一新型反应堆制造技术的空白。本文对HL1000管束组件的关键装配技术进行了总结和分析,为其他反应堆蒸汽发生器的设计和制造提供经验。
