Modern customers have an urge towards e-shopping as they are techno savvy and always look for choices prior to the final decision. In coming years, great online revolution is expected in India since there is a huge population who surf the internet. This paper aims to study peoples' perception towards online shopping. Dates' are collected using convenience random sampling method with 100 respondents.
