The web we know today has taken on new dimensions with the development of new technologies such as Rirtual reality, Augmented Reality, and Mixed Reality. These new technologies and the metaverse, which is currently in the hype, show that we can expect a world in which we can find more than just images on websites. A world where people can interact with 3D images using avatars and perform actions that can be done in the real world. A world full of digital payment methods, smart digital contract options, and digital property rights. It also showed how the development of the Internet can be reflected on important aspects of life as well as society in general.
