The web is built using the CodeIgniter framework and database using MySQL. Abstract
PT. PT. Beta Pharmacon在实际编制预防性维护(PM)计划和输入报告或预防性结果数据时仍然使用Microsoft Excel,已经制定的预防性计划有时会因为机器无法维护(生产过程尚未完成)而与实际不一致,因此计划已经完成。决心改变和确认预防性维护是否可以每天做,仍然通过电话。针对上述问题,采用优先级调度算法建立基于web的预防性维护系统。web是使用CodeIgniter框架构建的,数据库使用MySQL。通过该系统,可以方便地进行预防性维护的调度,收集公司内的机床数据,查找预防性维护结果的数据,协调预防性维护的实施,从而有效、高效地提供所需的信息。
