Abstract

This paper proposes a matched filter architecture for MIMO radar from different angles. Firstly, the traditional matched filter architecture of MIMO radar echo signal is analyzed, and some shortcomings are pointed out. Secondly, the traditional matched filter architecture is improved from the perspective of spectrum shift. Finally, the experiments verify the feasibility of the proposed architecture and give the results of floating-point and fixed-point simulations which show little difference. Further analysis shows that the novel architecture can make the communication system more concise.
